The Service Advisor will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the automotive service team in an independent repair shop or specialized service center. This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the service process to deliver excellent customer care and vehicle servicing.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand vehicle service needs
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently
- Assist in vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
- Prepare accurate service estimates for approval
- Process payments and maintain accurate service records
- Follow up with customers to provide status updates and post-service support
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automotive service advising
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Automotive Repair Experience
