Job DescriptionJob Overview:

Pay Range: $63.56hr - $68.56hr

  • Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic systems including schematics, PCB layouts, flex PCBA layouts, and component selection.
  • Own end-to-end hardware development from concept and requirements definition through prototyping, validation, and production release.
  • Perform circuit analysis, simulation, and debugging for analog, digital, and mixed-signal designs.
  • Define and execute electrical validation and compliance testing including EMI, EMC, safety, reliability, and environmental testing.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams for system-level integration.
  • Support manufacturing bring-up, yield improvement, and root cause analysis of production and field issues.
  • Review and approve engineering documentation including schematics, BOMs, test plans, and design reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Interface with suppliers and external partners for component qualification and technical reviews.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • Strong experience in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Solid understanding of power electronics, signal integrity, grounding, and noise mitigation.
  • Experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead hardware design and development activities.
  • Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
  • Support manufacturing processes and resolve production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and review engineering documentation.

Should Have:

  • Experience in semiconductor equipment or industrial systems.
  • Knowledge of wafer handling systems.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software integration.
  • Experience with design for manufacturability and design for test.
  • Prior experience leading projects or acting as a technical lead.

  • Ability to work independently on complex problems.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
