Desired Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Experience delivering OT services within a school setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and the special education process

- Ability to adapt strategies for diverse needs and developmental levels
- Compassion, organization, and a commitment to student-centered practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for eligible students
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized OT intervention plans
- Documenting progress and contributing to IEP meetings as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Providing both direct and consultative OT services in classroom and small-group settings
- Educating school staff and families on strategies to support students’ motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Maintaining records in alignment with district and state requirements
