Job Summary
Seeking an enthusiastic and highly engaging Personal Trainer to join our Fitness Team and help continue the exceptional member experience our community has come to expect.
We are looking for a dynamic fitness professional who is passionate about helping multi-generation members of all fitness levels achieve their goals while building strong relationships within a private club environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement safe, effective, and individualized exercise programs.
- Conduct one-on-one and semi-private personal training sessions.
- Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for members.
- Build rapport with members and actively engage with the club community.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment
- Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
