Position: General Production - Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Hours: 2pm to 12:30 am Monday through Thursday
Location: Escondido, CA
General Production Job Description:
- various jobs throughout the machine shop such as operating molding machines, braiding machines, bead blasting and running various machines such as CNCs or semi-automatic lathes, etc.
- The process for molding is to fill the stainless-steel mold with silicon material, put it into the heat press, when complete take the part out of the mold, clean the mold and repeat.
- The process for braiding is to feed tubes into a machine that has 24 spools of threads. You watch the machine to make sure the tube is not kinking, and the thread is not breaking.
- The process for bead blasting is to take a brazed assembly and put it inside a sheet metal enclosure where you put your hands through rubber gloves and use a foot pedal that actuates the air.
- Manually rotate the part to blast until the parts look finished.
