Job DescriptionProgram Manager – Electronics Manufacturing / PCBALocation: San Fernando Valley
Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, overtime as needed
Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 annuallyKey Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer programs from start to finish
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding program status, timelines, and requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to support successful program execution
- Monitor schedules, budgets, priorities, risks, and customer deliverables
- Assist with proposals, customer requirements, and contract-related items
- Track program performance and help resolve issues that may affect delivery, quality, or customer satisfaction
- Support process improvements and corrective action activities when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience in electronics manufacturing
- PCBA / electronic assembly manufacturing experience required
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing programs preferred
- Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD requirements
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DFAR standards
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and project management tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements
- Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not available
Preferred
- Experience with PCB/PCBA assembly and ESD procedures
- Contract manufacturing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- PMP certification preferred
