Title: Insurance Defense Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Handle insurance defense matters from case inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.</li>
\n
<li>Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations while managing an independent caseload.</li>
\n
<li>Collaborate with clients, carriers, and legal teams to develop case strategy and deliver timely, effective legal solutions.</li>
\n</ul>

Qualifications:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>2–10 years of insurance defense litigation experience with strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.</li>
\n
<li>Excellent written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to manage cases independently in a remote environment.</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
Salary and Other Compensation:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$250,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</li>
