Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals ready to provide impactful services within a vibrant district setting, working full-time for the entire 2026-2027 academic year. Enjoy a clear, reasonable commuting limit—no location will exceed a 1-hour drive or 20 miles from your base, and campus assignments will be finalized before orientation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active and posted California SLP license
  • Valid CTC document on file (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow candidates are welcome (Contingent on supervision availability; supervision must be secured for CF applicants)
  • Prior experience with school-aged caseloads is highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability to work across multiple sites (itinerant role, average assignment to two schools)
  • SLPA applicants will not be considered

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 55-60 students with diverse needs
  • Collaborating closely with teachers and on-site case managers (case management responsibilities not required)
  • Providing direct services and supporting students from a variety of age groups, meeting IEP goals and educational objectives
  • Completing evaluations and progress monitoring; all necessary assessment materials will be reimbursed
  • Ensuring thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
