What You'll Do

• Handle civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Manage case files and deadlines while maintaining high-quality legal work.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

What You'll Bring

• 5-10 years of attorney experience.
• Experience handling civil, construction defect, and business litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Nevada and/or Texas bar admission is preferred but not required.
