Adecco is hiring immediately for a Talent Sourcer with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $50.00/hr. - $64.00/hr.
Duties:
· Onsite 100%
· Duration of assignment – 6 months
· We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Talent Sourcer to support our Field Services organization.
· In this role, you will help identify, attract, and engage top early-career and experienced Field Service talent—including Field Service Engineers, Technicians, and related support roles.
· This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in Talent Acquisition while gaining industry exposure in a fast-paced, high‑tech environment.
· Source passive and active candidates for Field Service roles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume and critical Field Service positions.
· Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre‑screening to assess interest and basic qualifications.
· Research market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the semiconductor equipment space.
· Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technician/engineer skill sets, geographic needs, and business priorities.
· Support scheduling activities, candidate tracking, and documentation within the ATS.
· Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
· Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in ATS.
· Provide weekly updates on sourcing pipelines, challenges, and insights.
· Ensure data accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or HR.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Curiosity and willingness to learn technical terminology related to semiconductor equipment and Field Service work.
· Exposure to or interest in the semiconductor, capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
· Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or sourcing tools (academia projects, internships, or self-taught).
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
· Curious mindset: eager to learn technical roles such as Field Service Engineers, Install Technicians, and Customer Support Engineers.
· Persistence: ability to identify and engage hard‑to‑find talent.
· Communication: clear, professional approach when interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
· Team orientation: collaborates well and supports multiple stakeholders.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $64.00 per hour
