Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Plaintiff-side)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: Up to $220,000 Base Salary + Guaranteed 10% Year-End Bonus
Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) then eventually remote
We’re partnered with one of California’s premier plaintiff-side litigation firms seeking to add an Associate Attorney to its growing Los Angeles office.
The firm has built a nationally recognized reputation handling high-profile personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation matters. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, high-value cases alongside some of the top trial attorneys in the state.
The team is known for its collaborative and trial-focused environment. Attorneys are given hands-on litigation experience, strong support from experienced paralegals and staff, and the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of their cases from inception through resolution.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of Plaintiff-side Personal Injury experience
- JD and active California Bar admission in good standing
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, negotiations, and motion practice
- Strong litigation and case management skills
Bonus Points: Experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or complex plaintiff-side litigation matters
