Job Description

Our client is seeking a Litigation Counsel with at least eight years of experience to join their nationally recognized Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group. This position may be based in their Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, or San Francisco offices. Candidates with a background in real estate litigation are strongly encouraged to apply, and prior eminent domain experience is a plus.



Qualified applicants must have experience drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, and reviewing title documents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal research and writing skills, demonstrate strong ownership of complex matters, and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid environment. Active admission to the California State Bar is required

.The salary range for this Counsel position is $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and overall fit. Please note that Counsel positions from our client are not partner-track roles.
