Our company is seeking a Full Charge 1099 Bookkeeper who is ready to start now!
You will be responsible for preparing and examining our company's financial records.
Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks Online bank & credit cards reconciliation.
- Preparations for tax returns.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Work closely with the accountant.
- Submit records to the accountant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting as a full-charge bookkeeper.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online. (Not PC)
- Fundamental knowledge of bookkeeping
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Willing to work in our office. We are not looking for a remote worker.
