Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs that help patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living. The Occupational Therapist will work with pediatric clients up to age 15 who have physical, developmental, emotional, and/or cognitive impairments, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and physician recommendations.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, motor skills, coordination, strength, and functional independence.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive techniques, and equipment use.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist license (State of California) is required
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
