Duties

- Monitor, analyze key operational/financial indexes on a regular basis
- Find root causes for discrepancies between actual performance and forecast
- Analyze issues, make reports/recommendations as requested by team leader / head of department
\n
\n
\n
\n
minimum requirements

- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.
- Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
- Written and verbal communication

- General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP

- 0-3 years of experience.
- Fresh graduates with the degree are acceptable.

Additional job details:

- Handle transportation/logistics damage claims.
- Investigate shipment damage incidents.
- Determine liability (carrier, supplier, etc.).
- Process and close claims using internal systems.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal operations teams.
- Work with claims data and documentation in automated systems.
- Heavy use of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc) for data handling and reporting.
