As a Concierge for our client, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, assisting with intake processes, handling scheduling, and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
- Assist with intakes, signatures, demographics, insurance, and identification.
- Notify clinical staff of patient arrival and communicate delays.
- Schedule follow-up appointments prior to departure.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and triage appropriately.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Establish new patient accounts and send intake instructions.
- Respond to online inquiries within service standards.
- Monitor voicemail and follow up on late arrivals or no-shows.
