What You'll Do:
- Support corporate revenue goals by helping develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies
- Identify, track, and pursue and proposal opportunities within the Special Inspections & Materials Testing market
- Coordinate proposal development from opportunity tracking through submission and follow-up
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to support strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Assist in forecasting sales performance and aligning efforts with company growth targets
- Improve proposal quality, marketing materials, and overall market presence
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and adapt to market changes
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture that promotes teamwork, performance, and continuous improvement

RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marking, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Relevant Experience may substitute: 2 years of experience = 1 ear of education
- Minimum 2 years of marketing and/or sales experience
- Experience in geotechnical, construction, or materials testing industries (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, proposal tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus
