What You'll Do
- Teach barbering theory and hands-on practical skills
- Demonstrate haircutting, fading, shaving, beard design, and grooming techniques
- Prepare students for California State Board examinations and career success
- Motivate and mentor students as they develop confidence and professional skills
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive, engaging, and professional learning environment
What We're Looking For
- Current California Barber License
- Instructor Experience preferred but not required.
- Professional barbering experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for education and student success
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
