Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support daily purchasing and inventory activities. This entry-level role is responsible for maintaining supply rooms, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies as needed to support operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and experience working with inventory management or purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials.
Organize and stock supply rooms to ensure departments have necessary resources available.
Place and track orders for supplies and consumable items.
Receive, verify, and distribute incoming shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery information.
Utilize computer systems to enter purchase orders, track inventory, and maintain records.
Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control and purchasing processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
