We are looking for someone talented who wants to explore a career in real estate and learn to build a career with structure, clarity, and long-term potential while earning rewarding commissions over time. This opportunity begins with a guided pre-licensing path that helps you prepare for the state exam while understanding how a real estate business is built intentionally from the start, rather than through trial and error.
During the education phase, you will work through state-approved coursework with support, direction, and practical resources that connect learning directly to real-world application. The focus is on developing productive habits, learning core real estate fundamentals, and gaining confidence in how successful real estate agents create momentum early in their careers.
Once licensed, you will have the opportunity to grow within a collaborative real estate environment centered on coaching, accountability, and proven systems. You will learn to create opportunities, strengthen client conversations, and build a consistent real estate business focused on long-term stability and growth.

Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Attend real estate training
- Organize and build your database
- Communicate with your database
- Intern with teams or agents when possible
- Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
- Learn sales talk and scripts
- Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities
- Misc. activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Sales experience
- 18 years of age or older
- High School education, college preferred
- Willingness and commitment to obtaining a license
- Passing real estate school
- Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry
- Effective communicator
- Driven
