Job DescriptionReno Staffing is looking for an Experienced Carpenter for a Luxury Home Construction Company in the Lake Tahoe area!

Local Lake Tahoe Construction company based out of Tahoe City CA is looking for an experienced carpenter to work on remodel projects from small to large Luxury Homes. Great team environment.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Pay: $35+/hr DOE
Location: Lake Tahoe area. Based out of Tahoe City.

Summary:

This luxury home carpenter position focuses on high-end finish carpentry, architectural millwork, and custom installations rather than just basic structural framing. Will turn architectural designs into polished, functional realities. Company works as a team on projects and must be able to work with others.
This position requires for you to have your own tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.

• Demolition
• Concrete work
• framing
• finish carpentry

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.


Competency:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• 3 + years of past experience needed.
• Flawless Joinery: Mastery of complex joints like coped molding, miters, mortise-and-tenon, and blind dovetails.
• Micro-Tolerance Accuracy: Ability to measure, cut, and install materials within sixteenth-or thirty-second-inch tolerances.
• Advanced Blueprint Reading: Skill to interpret intricate architectural drawings, section views, and interior design renderings.
• Complex Tool Mastery: Proficiency with specialized equipment like track saws, biscuit joiners, shapers, and laser levels.
• English language needed.

A drug test will be required after interview. Will not tested for THC.
