Job Summary
We are a full service restoration company/general construction firm. We specialize in damages related to water, fire, smoke, mold, and vandalism. We are a direct repair vendor for many insurance carriers and we service San Joaquin County and surrounding areas. We have a 24-hour emergency service department handling water mitigation, smoke/fire mitigation, temporary shoring/fencing/power, Contents, and board-up services.
Our Emergency Service Department is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and ready for a long term commitment. We are looking for an honest, responsible, and reliable individual who can handle the work load of a busy Emergency Service Department.
Minimal Responsibilities and Duties
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting/positioning of heavy equipment
- Able to work 40+ hours and/or weekends
- Knowledge of construction is helpful
- Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire
- Install mitigation equipment to reduce liability
- Keep open lines of communicate with office and all other parties involved
- Maintain the high quality and standards of the department
- Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United State
- IICRC qualification is not required, but highly recommended.

- Service Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
