Job DescriptionJob Overview: Pay Range: $32.45hr - $38.45hr
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues in non-functioning electromechanical manufacturing equipment.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment using blueprints, layouts, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support engineering experiments by following test plans and collecting performance data.
- Respond to equipment alarms and system faults, diagnose issues, and restore normal operations using established procedures.
- Perform work within defined parameters while applying judgment to resolve non-standard issues.
- Follow general instructions to complete semi-routine assignments effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills And Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
