Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough termite inspections for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify signs of termite activity and structural damage.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend treatment options.
- Communicate findings and treatment plans effectively to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company protocols and local regulations.
- Uphold safety and industry standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Termite Inspector license (state-specific).
- Prior experience in pest control or termite inspections preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building structures and wood-destroying organisms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
