Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
- Experience in school settings, healthcare, or pediatrics strongly preferred
- Open to new graduates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Skilled in providing teletherapy as needed
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students with a variety of needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support staff
- Offer services in both English and Spanish, ensuring access and equity for Spanish-speaking students and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant state and federal special education guidelines
- Employ evidence-based strategies for both in-person and remote (teletherapy) service delivery
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and family workshops as needed
