Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
  • Experience in school settings, healthcare, or pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Open to new graduates with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Skilled in providing teletherapy as needed
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students with a variety of needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Offer services in both English and Spanish, ensuring access and equity for Spanish-speaking students and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant state and federal special education guidelines
  • Employ evidence-based strategies for both in-person and remote (teletherapy) service delivery
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and family workshops as needed
