Baker – Cinnies (West Adams)
Full Time | $20/hour+ (DOE) | Set Schedule | Room to Grow
Cinnies is a high-volume cinnamon roll company in Los Angeles, producing a large amount of product for farmers markets, pop-ups, and wholesale partners. We’re looking for a Full-Time Baker to join our production team at our commercial kitchen in West Adams. This role focuses on dough handling, production baking, and consistency at scale.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Flexible hours
- Set weekly schedule (not rotating)
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Roll, cut, proof, bake, and finish cinnamon rolls from scratch
- Work with butter-based enriched doughs and maintain consistent quality in high-volume production
- Follow established recipes, production procedures, and kitchen SOPs
- Maintain a clean and organized prep and production workspace
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bakery, pastry, or dough-focused experience
- Strong skill with dough handling (pizza, donuts, laminated or enriched doughs)
- Comfortable working a set weekly schedule
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Reliable transportation to our kitchen in West Adams
