Production Assembler I – Temporary (Temp-to-Hire)
The Production Assembler I assembles mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished units using hand and power tools. This role involves fitting, aligning, testing, and adjusting parts to meet specifications and quality standards.
 
This is a full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire role&nbsp;with the potential to convert after 90 days based on performance and attendance. 9/80 schedule.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assemble, align, and adjust parts per specifications</li>
<li>Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment</li>
<li>Test and calibrate components to meet quality standards</li>
<li>Repair or refit units that do not meet requirements</li>
<li>Maintain production records and a clean work area</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>2–3+ years related assembly experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of assembly, calibration, soldering, and testing</li>
<li>Ability to lift/move heavy objects</li>
<li>Vocational/technical training a plus</li>
</ul>
 
Pay:&nbsp;$23–$25/hr DOE
