Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

- Valid California credential in Special Education (Mild/Moderate or equivalent required)

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with families, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver differentiated instruction in a supportive classroom environment
- Collect data and document student progress, adjusting techniques to maximize student achievement
- Facilitate collaboration between general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and therapists
- Encourage social-emotional growth, inclusion, and positive behaviors among students
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
