Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates with strong fieldwork experience are encouraged
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse student needs
- Comfortable with technology for documentation, teletherapy (if remote/hybrid), and communication
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support professionals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
