Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates with strong fieldwork experience are encouraged
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse student needs
  • Comfortable with technology for documentation, teletherapy (if remote/hybrid), and communication

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support professionals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
