Warehouse Parts Sorting Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
A long-standing automotive parts distribution company is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals looking for a long-term employment opportunity. Job Responsibilities:
- Sort large and small automotive parts by hand and with the use of a forklift
- Scan parts and assign them to the appropriate shipping lanes
- Pull, process, and prepare customer orders, invoices, and shipments
- Handle paperwork related to sorting, shipping, and inventory movement
- Schedule and coordinate outbound loads once shipments are complete
- Load powertrain shipments onto freight lines and unload incoming trucks
- Receive incoming inventory, verify stock orders, and place parts in designated warehouse locations
- Pull and prepare tires and parts for dealership will-call orders and shipments
- Operate a forklift/tow motor to safely move parts throughout the warehouse
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, auto parts, or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Computer experience is a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must obtain a valid state driver’s license and meet company insurability requirements

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
