Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month (flex day provided during week) | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore functional independence
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner EMR
- Experience working in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehab facility (IRF/ARU) setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity with IRF or ARU-specific protocols and documentation requirements
