Full Job Description
Looking for an associate attorney with 1-3 years' of civil litigation experience, to work at a litigation boutique labor and employment law firm exclusively representing employees in wrongful termination claims, discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, etc. on an individual and class wide basis.
Prefer candidates who are bilingual (Spanish/English) with interest in exclusively representing employees and who possess experience in the area of labor and employment law.
Candidate must be proficient in legal writing, organized, self-starter, able to manage deadlines, multi-task and have familiarity with the California Civil Discovery Act and experience with law and motion practice.
