We are seeking a strong experience in Global Supply Chain Analyst to support global contact center operations. This role will focus on supplier analysis, contract negotiations, spend management, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional program support.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supplier management and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience identifying and resolving complex supply chain challenges.
