We are looking for an Hybrid Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to leadership at a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help keep executive operations running smoothly through strong coordination, communication, and scheduling support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize appointments, and adjust schedules to accommodate changing business needs.
• Arrange domestic and/or international travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate executive meetings by preparing schedules, confirming attendees, and ensuring logistics are in place.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs for leadership, helping maintain efficient workflow and timely follow-up.
• Serve as a point of coordination for meeting plans, travel details, and executive scheduling matters.
• Track upcoming commitments and provide organized reminders to help executives stay prepared for key events and discussions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Non Profit Experience is a plus!
• Strong background in calendar management with the ability to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Experience arranging and coordinating travel with close attention to timing and detail.
• Proven ability to organize executive meetings and manage related logistics professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability in a fast-moving environment.
