Job Description
Join our team as a MIG Welder to work on AG/Cultivation equipment. This role involves welding and fabricating tractor parts in a dynamic and busy manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fitting tasks, focusing on thick steel and hot welding.
- Comfortably engage in fabrication tasks and set up own welding machine.
- Read and interpret blueprints and recognize weld symbols.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and adjust machine heat settings as required.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding and fitting.
- Ability to read blueprints and recognize weld symbols.
- Comfortable with fabrication tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with forklift operation, bills of lading, and shipping/receiving.
- Proficiency with fabrication equipment such as drills and presses.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Selma, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
