<li>Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist</li>
<li>Assist patients with improving ADLs, functional mobility, and safety awareness</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques</li>
<li>Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program</li>
<li>Active California OTA license</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>Valid California driver's license</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance</li>
<li>Current physical exam and TB test</li>
<li>Professional liability insurance</li>
<li>Business license</li>
