Onsite Staffing Supervisor / Account Representative, 2nd Shift
Monday-Friday and Saturdays when needed
Shift: 2nd
Schedule: 2pm-11pm (OT AS NEEDED MANDATORY)
Pay Rate: $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience
Reports To: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
The Onsite Staffing Supervisor / Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact between the client and Empire Workforce Solutions at the client's location. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong client relationships.
After 90 days of employment, you will be eligible for health, life, and dental insurance, paid vacation time off, and holiday pay.
Onsite Staffing Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Act as the onsite liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Coordinate daily operational activities at the client location.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Address client concerns, issues, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular meetings with client stakeholders to review performance.
- Track project progress, staffing needs, and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
- Support onboarding and training of onsite personnel.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and client procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
Onsite Staffing Supervisor Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, operations, or onsite coordination.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
