What you’ll tackle
- Develop end-to-end machining processes, including tooling, fixturing, and inspection approach.
- Program/edit directly at the machine; balance speed and precision.
- Interpret blueprints/GD&T and verify parts meet tight tolerances.
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot to keep spindles turning.
Work details
- Schedule: 1st shift, 4x10s; overtime available on Fridays as needed.

What you bring
- HS diploma or machining/manufacturing technical certificate.
- 10+ years running CNC mills and lathes; strong production run set-ups and changeovers.
- G-Code/M-Code mastery; CNC programming proficiency (SurfCAM exposure a plus).
- Solid grasp of safety protocols and shop procedures.
- Clear communication and collaborative teamwork; able to mentor others.
