<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Learning discipline</li>
<li>5-10 years of program/project management experience in a corporate environment</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li>
<li>Experience leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders</li>
</ul>
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
<ul>
<li>Support talent management activities and learning programs</li>
<li>Lead program management for leadership and manager development initiatives</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics for learning events, establish environment readiness</li>
<li>Manage nominations and support new program implementation</li>
<li>Report on program evaluations and stakeholder feedback</li>
