Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep-Manufacturing for a direct hire opportunity in San Fernando, CA. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience supporting clients, orders, sales teams, production teams, and supply chain activity within a manufacturing environment.
The Customer Service Rep-Manufacturing will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure order accuracy, clear communication, timely follow-up, and a professional service experience. This position works closely with sales, production, shipping and receiving, and quality control teams to support smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, product information, and service-related communication.
- Process and monitor customer orders while coordinating with sales, production, shipping, receiving, and quality teams.
- Help resolve customer issues by gathering information, communicating updates, and following through to completion.
- Support sales and account management teams with documentation, order coordination, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and internal communication to support efficient workflow.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing professional, timely, and solutions-focused support.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
