Day Shift 6:35 am to 3:15 pm $23
Swing Shift: 3:45 pm to 12:05 am $24.50
About the job:
As a Manufacturing Operator I, you’ll support multiple departments in safely and efficiently moving products through each stage of production. This role involves hands-on assembly work, machine operation, and final packaging of servers and racks.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent
- Brings 1–2 years of related experience using hand tools and assembling computer equipment
- Understands and follows written instructions and procedures
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
What you’ll do:
- Unpack, prep, and install components following documented procedures
- Assemble complex components and sub-assemblies using hand tools and power screwdrivers
- Use a cable labeling machine to identify and label according to rack specifications
- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines
- Package and move finished products including servers and racks
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions for extended periods
- Must be comfortable standing for most of the shift
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing or production environment
