Position Summary / 职位概述
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Los Angeles warehouse operations. This role oversees inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, team supervision, and daily warehouse activities. Reports to the LA Operations Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates; manage schedules and performance
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliation
Coordinate with 3PL partners and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Utilize WMS and related systems to track inventory, generate reports, and manage daily operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, customer service, finance) to optimize workflow
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications / 任职要求
3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
Overseas warehouse or cross-border e-commerce logistics experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required to communicate with warehouse staff and external partners
Proven experience leading and motivating a team
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols
Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Forklift certification preferred
Must be able to work on-site daily at our Hawthorne, CA location
