Job Title: Associate Therapist

Compensation: $75k - $78k/year
Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Therapist for a detox/residential treatment program. This role is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced behavioral health setting and is experienced in providing strong clinical support to clients participating in detox/residential levels of care.
The Associate Therapist will provide therapeutic services to clients in a residential setting while maintaining timely, accurate documentation and collaborating closely with the clinical team to support quality client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual & group therapy sessions
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge documentation
- Support clients with mental health needs through clinically appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team regarding client progress, treatment goals, and care coordination
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Qualifications:
- Registered Associate Therapist in California (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)
- Experience working in behavioral health and/or mental health treatment settings
- Prior detox/residential experience preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing services in a fully remote/virtual environment
- Professional, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with a treatment team
