Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Coordinator near Hollister, CA. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-jobsite position.

Requirements & Skills:

At least 2-4 years of experience performing project coordinating experience (construction industry experience is desired, not required)
Construction terminology knowledge is a plus
Experience with tracking change orders, RFI’s
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal and external coworkers
Update and pull reports from internal and external databases
Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, detailed
Must have good math aptitude
Strong proficiency using Microsoft Suites, to include Excel and OneDrive
Experience with Procore is desired
Overtime is required
