About the Role
We are looking for friendly, customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team at The UPS Store! Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time hours, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where every day is different. Our store offers shipping, printing, packaging, and business services to individuals and small businesses in the community.
We are open to candidates with no prior experience — we provide on-the-job training! However, previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with shipping needs, package preparation, and drop-offs
- Process shipments using UPS and other carrier systems
- Sell retail products including boxes, packing supplies, and office materials
- Provide printing, copying, faxing, and notary services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Work as part of a small, supportive team
Requirements
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and some weekdays
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
