Role Description

The Litigation Associate Attorney will handle a variety of legal tasks, with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and briefs, advising clients on legal matters, and negotiating settlements. The role also requires active participation in court proceedings and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases. This is a full-time on-site role based in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge and application of federal and California Rules/Code of Civil Procedure
  • Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting legal Research
  • Experience and expertise in Negotiation and dispute resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a legal team and clients
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, ideally with Law Review or similar experience.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in litigation is highly advantageous
  • Admission to Practice Law in California required
