Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Handyman/Groundskeeper with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can work independently, and has experience maintaining residential or commercial properties.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of verifiable construction or handyman experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and property maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Complete light plumbing and basic electrical repairs.
- Repair and install drywall, flooring, tile, trim, framing, and other carpentry work.
- Perform concrete patching, sanding, painting, and finishing work.
- Install household fixtures, appliances, doors, shelving, hardware, and other residential items.
- Maintain the appearance of buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas.
- Operate and safely use common hand tools and power tools.
- Care for farm animals, including feeding and general daily maintenance as needed.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and be available for occasional on-call responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding completed work, materials needed, and project updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
