We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects from initial client engagement through project completion. This role blends project execution + client-facing sales + financial ownership, giving you full responsibility for delivering successful projects while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. What You’ll Be Doing Manage mechanical/HVAC/plumbing projects from concept through completion Develop estimates, proposals, and contracts to win and execute work Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and installation sequencing Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, procurement, etc.) Track progress, manage change orders, and ensure projects stay on schedule Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Support business development efforts and help grow client relationships

5+ years of experience managing HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction projects Strong background in estimating, budgeting, and financial management Experience working with subcontractors and field construction teams Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and client-facing skills High level of ownership and ability to operate independently Nice to Have Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Experience with commercial projects ($50K–$25M+ range) Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam, Smartsheet, or estimating software Experience in design-build or preconstruction environments Prior experience in sales or client development

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $147000.00/yr.
