Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a management position, as the selected candidate will have the opportunity to be trained and developed into a leadership role.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and basic machine operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Coordinate with Office Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
- Ensure orders are processed efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Identify and resolve operational issues to keep workflow running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills; fluency in English required
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Steel-toe boots required
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift
