Preferred qualifications and experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license
Previous experience in a school setting encouraged
Strong commitment to helping diverse student populations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering therapy to students (average caseload of about 55 students per SLP)
Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Collaborating with educational staff to integrate therapy into the school curriculum
Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state and school district policies
Communicating regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
